NYC Vedic Meditation Pilot Program

We’re inviting a small group of individuals to take part in pilot program exploring the impact of Vedic Meditation on stress, energy, sleep, and emotional wellbeing.

You'll learn Vedic Meditation, and along the way, you'll help us gather data to learn more about the impact Vedic Meditation has on supporting well-bring as well as the best support structures for building a consistent and enjoyable practice.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve been curious about meditation, but haven’t found a method that works for you
  • You’ve tried mindfulness or meditation apps, but they didn’t quite land
  • You’re looking for a tool to help manage stress and fatigue—without adding to your to-do list
  • You want something that meets you where you are: full schedule, full life
  • You have not yet learned Vedic Meditation


We are seeking 24 participants based in New York City—or willing to travel to NYC—to take part in this pilot program.
